Andrew Hess

Andrew Hess is a junior in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis. He will graduate in December 2013 with degrees in Systems Engineering and Electrical Engineering, and a minor in Computer Science. His areas of interest include web programming, hardware, and signal processing.

Sam Donohue

Sam Donohue is an undergraduate student in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis. Sam is on track to graduate in May 2015 with degrees in Computer Science and Systems Engineering. His areas of interest include algorithmic programming, web development, and computational finance.

Advisors

Peng Yang

I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Preston M. Green Department of Electrical and Systems Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis (WUSTL) under the guidance of Prof. Nehorai. I received my B.S. degree from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), and my M.S. degree from WUSTL, both in Electrical Engineering. Currently I am a research assistant in Center for Sensor Signal and Information Processing (CSSIP) at WUSTL. My research interests include statistical signal processing, machine learning, optimization and smart grids.

Arye Nehorai

Dr. Nehorai is the Chairman of the Preston M. Green Department of Electrical and Systems Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis. He is also the inaugural holder of the Eugene and Martha Lohman Professorship of Electrical Engineering and the Director of the Center for Sensor Signal and Information Processing (CSSIP) at WUSTL since 2006.
