This post is a detailed explanation of one of my principles. All posts in the series can be found here.

This principle is self-explanatory, but it exists to stress its importantance and remind me of two things:

  1. My education never stops and there is always more to learn
  2. Anything can be a learning opportunity

Some quick thoughts on each of these.

Education never stops:
I know that I won’t be going back to school. If I assume I’m done learning or know everything that I need to, then I should quit a lot of things. For everything I’m trying to accomplish, I can’t afford to stop learning.

Anything can be a learning opportunity:
There are so many ways to learn - books, seminars, conversations, experiences, success, failures - it’s a long list. Recognizing this makes me more present during any activity and better suited to absorb the information.
